1. Is Transgenderdate.com FREE?
Transgenderdate is absolutely 100% FREE. There is absolutely no restrictions to your membership. That's right! Everything is free of charge on Transgenderdate.com. Email, Chat, Search and much more at no cost. Put away your credit card - You don't need one to be a member and enjoy the site to the fullest!
2. How do I upload a picture?
Once a member we encourage you to upload at least 1 photo of yourself. This will help other members put a face to the name. To upload a photo simply click on "My Photos" under the "My Profile" menu. Photo uploads are limited to 2MB per picture in size and a maximum of 20 photos. If you are having any trouble uploading your photo we will be happy to help out. Simply send your picture to photos@transgenderdate.com and a representative will gladly advise you what may be wrong with the format or format and upload your photo for you at no extra charge. If your photo is too small or does not contain you in it, it will not be approved.
3. How to edit your profile?
To edit your profile simply click on the "My Profile" tab on the top menu. You will then see your profile in member only view. This is not how others users will see your profile. Once you have finished editing your profile click the continue button at the bottom and your changes will be saved.
4. Sending and Receiving Mail
Trangenderdate members have their own internal mailbox. With this mailbox you can send and receive messages from other users on the site. You can also see your sent messages, trash, ignore list and mail settings where you can restrict members from emailing you if they do not meet your set criteria.It is prohibited to send messages that may contain harmful files or solicitations for anything that may be deemed illegal in your city, state, or country.
5. Why am I unable to login?
Have you clicked the confirmation link in your email after registration? If not, you will be unable to enter the site. Be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email and add admin@transgenderdate.com to your email address book. Additionally, your profile may have been removed by our staff for being inappropriate.
6. Reporting Abuse
Transgenderdate has a very strict policy on abuse. If you feel someone is creating a hostile environment or spamming the site please contact us immediately to resolve the issue using the abuse form located here http://transgenderdate.com/abuse.php
7. Using the Instant Messenger
Trangenderdate.com has a state of the art instant messenger for use by our members. The IM will allow you to view who is using the IM, who is on IM from your hotlist, or receive and send instant messages from other users. You have full control over whether or not to accept IM's from other users. Using the IM for purposes that are illegal or violate our terms of use is strictly prohibited. You can turn off IM by going to your IM Settings menu under the mailbox link on the top menu.
8. How do I cancel or deactivate my account?
To cancel your account please send an email to support@transgenderdate.com with your username stating that you would like to cancel your account. Additionally, you may deactivate your account if you may think you will return to the site at a later date. If you would like a confirmation email please mention that in your message.
