How do I upload a picture?

As a member of Transgenderdate.com you can upload up to 500 Photos. To do so simply click on the "Manage Photos" link on the left sidebar or under the Profile link on the top navigation.

Photo Rules:

# Upload up to 500 Photos of yourself
# Upload more than 5 photos and you can password protect photos and share photos just with friends
# No graphics, images or photographs of celebrities
# No photos containing images of minors under 18
# Adult/Nude photos are ONLY allowed if marked as private or friends only
# Photo format: JPG, PNG or GIF no larger than 2MB each
# Photos may take up to 12 hours for approval
*If you are unable to upload your photos for any reason please send them to info@transgenderdate.com and we will format and upload them for you.

How to edit your profile?

To edit your profile simply click on the "My Profile" tab on the top menu. You will then see your profile in member only view. This is not how others users will see your profile. Once you have finished editing your profile click the continue button at the bottom and your changes will be saved.

Sending and Receiving Mail

Trangenderdate members have their own internal mailbox. With this mailbox you can send and receive messages from other users on the site. You can also see your sent messages, trash, ignore list and mail settings where you can restrict members from emailing you if they do not meet your set criteria.It is prohibited to send messages that may contain harmful files or solicitations for anything that may be deemed illegal in your city, state, or country.

Why am I unable to login?

Your profile may have been removed by our staff for being inappropriate.
Your profile may have been removed because it was not filled out.
Your profile may have been removed because of complaints from other members

Reporting Abuse

Transgenderdate has a very strict policy on abuse. If you feel someone is creating a hostile environment or spamming the site please contact us immediately to resolve the issue using the abuse form located here http://transgenderdate.com/abuse.php
You can also send an email to username "admin" without quotes.

How do I change my time zone?

If you don't adjust your time zone settings your emails and notifications will not show the correct time for your location. To adjust your time zone settings click on Profile on the top menu and scroll down to the time zone field. Once you find the appropriate time zone scroll to the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Using the Instant Messenger

You must click on the IM link from the top menu to get started. Then you can chat with anyone who is online. The IM will allow you to view who is using the IM or receive and send instant messages from other users. You have full control over whether or not to accept IM's from other users. Using the IM for purposes that are illegal or violate our terms of use is strictly prohibited. You can turn off IM by going to your IM Settings menu under the mailbox link on the top menu.
