Consent & Content Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

In short: Transgenderdate is a platform where members see each other. By creating a profile you consent to your profile information, photographs, videos and posts being shown to other members of Transgenderdate. You choose what you upload, you can change or remove it at any time, and you can delete your account entirely.

1. What You Are Consenting To

When you create an account you are asked to agree to this policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We record the date you agreed and the version of this policy that was in effect at the time.

Your consent is express, specific to this platform, and revocable. It is not permission for us to sell your content, license it to third parties for their own purposes, or publish it outside the service. What you consent to is the thing the service does: showing you to other members so they can find you.

2. Your Profile and Content Are Shown to Other Members

You expressly consent to the following being displayed to other logged-in members of Transgenderdate:

  • Your display name, age, gender identity, pronouns, and the city and country you provide
  • Your biography, interests, and any profile questions you answer
  • Photographs and videos you upload and mark as public
  • Posts and comments you publish to Pulse, under your name and photograph
  • Your approximate distance from a viewing member, where you have enabled it
  • Your online status and when you were last active, where you have enabled them

Your profile may appear in browsing, search, matching, and in features that surface members to one another, such as new-member and recently-active listings. Members can favorite your profile, express interest in it, and message you subject to your messaging settings.

What is not shown: your email address, your password, your date of birth (only your age is displayed), your precise location, your payment details, and any photograph or video you have marked private. Private media never appears on your profile. It is visible only to a member you have chosen to send it to in a conversation, and you can revoke that access afterwards.

You control much of this from Account settings, including whether your profile appears in search, whether your distance is shown, and whether your online status and last-seen time are visible.

3. Consent of Everyone Depicted

This section is not optional and we enforce it. By uploading any photograph or video, you represent and warrant that:

  • Every person depicted was at least 18 years old at the time it was created
  • Every person depicted has given their consent to appear in it
  • Every person depicted has given their consent to it being uploaded to Transgenderdate and shown to other members here
  • You have the right to upload it, and doing so infringes nobody’s rights

Uploading intimate content of another person without their consent is prohibited absolutely, whether or not you created it, whether or not you were in a relationship with them, and whether or not they consented to its original creation. Consent to be photographed is not consent to be published.

4. Content That Is Not Permitted

Regardless of who consented, the following may not be uploaded or posted:

  • Any content depicting a person under 18, and any sexualised content involving a minor in any context
  • Intimate or explicit images of any person shared without that person’s consent
  • Content depicting violence, coercion, or non-consensual sexual activity
  • Content advertising or soliciting commercial sexual services, as set out in our Anti-Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy
  • Someone else’s photographs presented as your own, or a profile created in another person’s likeness
  • Content that is unlawful where it was created, where you are, or where it is viewed

Photographs and videos are reviewed by our team before they appear on the platform. Review is a control, not a guarantee — content that passes review and is later found to breach this policy is removed.

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

Your consent lasts only as long as you choose to give it. You can withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting us first:

  • Remove a single item — delete an individual photograph, video, post, or comment from your profile
  • Narrow who can see it — mark a photograph private so it leaves your profile, revoke a private photograph you have shared in a conversation, or turn off profile visibility in Account settings
  • Delete your account — from Account settings. This removes your profile from the platform

When you delete your account, your profile, photographs, videos, messages and associated data are deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain something — for example material preserved in connection with a report of exploitation or a law-enforcement request. This is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We cannot retrieve copies that another member made outside the platform, such as a screenshot. Please keep that in mind when deciding what to upload.

6. Reporting Content Published Without Consent

If content depicting you has been uploaded to Transgenderdate without your consent, tell us and we will remove it. You do not need an account to do this.

  • If you are a member: open the conversation with the member concerned, use the menu, and choose Report. Reports are recorded and reviewed.
  • If you are not a member, or the content is not in a conversation: email info@transgenderdate.com. Tell us where the content is and that you are the person depicted. Do not attach the content itself.

We aim to review reports of non-consensual intimate content, and any report involving a minor, as a priority ahead of other reports. Where a report involves a minor or a credible risk to someone’s safety, we act on it and escalate it to the appropriate authorities as described in our Anti-Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy.

We will not ask you to prove your identity by sending us further images of yourself.

7. Consent to Payment and Subscription

Transgenderdate is free to join. Some features require a paid VIP membership, which is a recurring subscription.

Before any card is charged you are shown the amount, how often it recurs, and that it continues until you cancel. You must expressly confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service and to this policy, and authorize the recurring charge, before payment can be submitted. We record the date and version of the wording you agreed to.

You can cancel at any time from Account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your membership runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Billing terms are set out in full in section 4 of our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and we will notify members as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent records already stored continue to reference the version of this policy that was in effect when they were given.
