1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Transgenderdate (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Transgenderdate. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a user under 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when registering
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately at support@transgenderdate.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Membership & Subscriptions

Transgenderdate offers two membership tiers:

• Free membership — available to all users with certain limitations depending on your registered gender identity.
• VIP membership — full access with no restrictions. Available as a paid subscription ($14.95/month or $79.95/year) or, for eligible members, free upon successful profile verification.

Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or harm any other user
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or targeted at gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Impersonate another person or create a false identity
• Upload photos or videos that depict minors in any sexual context
• Solicit money, sell products or services, or engage in any commercial activity without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means
• Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful code
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and commercial solicitation are prohibited absolutely and are dealt with under our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, messages, bio). By posting content, you grant Transgenderdate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the right to post any content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Your profile and the content you post are shown to other members. The consent you give for this, the consent required from every person depicted in anything you upload, and how to withdraw either, are set out in our Consent & Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Profile Verification

Verification is voluntary and involves submitting a photo of yourself holding a randomly assigned word. Verification photos are reviewed by our team and are not displayed publicly. Submitting a fraudulent verification photo is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — all your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without notice or refund.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

Transgenderdate does not conduct criminal background checks on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transgenderdate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
