Transgenderdate (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a dating platform built for the transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse community. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Profile information: gender identity, pronouns, bio, interests, photos, and videos
• Location data: approximate location used solely for distance-based matching (your precise coordinates are never shared with other users)
• Messages and communications sent through the platform
• Verification photos submitted for profile verification
• Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store card details)

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the service, including device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and the date and time of your visits.

When you agree to our policies at sign-up, and when you authorize a subscription payment, we record the date and the version of the wording you agreed to. 5. Your Location Data

We request access to your device location solely to calculate distances between members and surface nearby matches. Your precise coordinates are stored securely and are never displayed to or shared with other members. Only your city and country appear on your profile.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your profile, photos, messages, and associated data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability

Transgenderdate is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
